DISCRIMINATION AND GENDER EQUALITY
YWTO recognizes that discrimination on grounds such as race, color, language, religion, political, opinion, nationality, social origin, birth, or other status.
YWTO intends to address the ways in which any instances of discrimination on other ground affect women in particular way, and includes in and information on the measures taken to counter these effects.
YWTO will include in its working methods an analysis of the relationship between gender and racial discrimination, by giving particular consideration to:
The form and manifestation of racial discrimination.
The circumstances in which racial discrimination occurs.
The consequences of racial discrimination; and the availability and accessibility of remedies and complaints mechanisms for racial discrimination
